Cooked from what

Fish from the morning boats, vegetables from Lombok farms, sambals made by hand. The kitchen blends Indonesian tradition with Mediterranean brightness — think the much-talked-about tuna burger, poke bowls bright with lime, wood-fired pizzas, and rendang that took three days to come together. Everything cooked to order, no buffets, no heat lamps. A proper meal.

We send every Koham guest here at least once. Most end up going twice.

Morning

Breakfast plates until noon, every day.

Mowie's Big Breakfast: Gourmet beef sausage, fried eggs, tomato, patatas bravas, mushrooms, bacon and muhammara, with house-made brown sauce.
Turkish-Style Eggs: Poached eggs, sweet potato crust, mandarin labneh, harissa butter, sourdough.
Benny Salmon: House-cured salmon, potato croquettes, miso hollandaise, poached eggs.
Benny Bacon: Bacon, potato croquettes, miso hollandaise, two poached eggs.
Middle Eastern: Two fried eggs, hummus, spinach labneh, baba ganoush, avocado, sourdough.
Healthy Sunrise: Dragon fruit bowl, house-made granola, seasonal fruit.
Avocado on Toast: Mashed avocado, poached eggs, sourdough, mango chipotle sauce, balsamic reduction.
Fluffy Pancakes: House-made pancakes, crème anglaise, passion fruit, matcha powder.
Salmon Bagel: House-cured salmon, sun-dried tomato chutney, avocado, cream cheese, watercress.
Breakfast Bagel: Scrambled eggs on a home-made bagel.

Creamy Burrata: Local burrata (110g), tomato oil, basil pesto, crispy nuts, fresh herbs.
Cauliflower Croquettes: Crispy on the outside, tender on the inside; a delightful bite.
Grilled Oyster Mushroom Skewers: Oyster mushrooms glazed in sweet maple, served with garlic labneh and za'atar.

Smashburger: 180g smashed beef patty, melted cheese, lettuce, tomato, pickles, and house sauce.
Tuna Burger: Tuna steak, charcoal bun, wasabi mayo, Asian slaw, and pickled ginger.
Chicken Katsu Burger: Crispy chicken, charcoal bun, gochujang mayo, Asian slaw, and pickles.
Tagliatelle Carbonara: Fresh tagliatelle with pecorino cheese, guanciale, crispy bacon, and egg yolk.
Mushroom Pappardelle: Pappardelle with creamy mushroom sauce, spinach, and truffle oil.

No — Mowies is our sister property, a five-minute walk or a two-minute cycle up the beach. We WhatsApp ahead so a table is waiting when you arrive, usually with a welcome drink on us.

On foot along the sand or by bike (free for our guests). It's flat, the whole way, with no traffic. Most guests go barefoot.

Not at all. Mowies is open to everyone — locals, day-trippers from Trawangan or Meno, and guests from other hotels. But if you're staying with us, we'll book you the best table.

Yes. Walk-ins are always welcome, but in high season (July-August, December-January) we recommend reserving a sunset table. Message us on WhatsApp and we'll take care of it.

Yes. Most dishes can be adapted vegetarian, vegan, or gluten-free; just tell the server when you order. The menu also has plenty of naturally plant-based items.

Breakfast 07:30-10:30, lunch 11:30-17:00, dinner 18:00-21:30; seven days a week. The bar runs later, usually until about 23:00 — that's the sunset slot.

Absolutely. There's a kids' menu on request, high chairs, and plenty of space to run around. Half-portions of most mains are fine too.
